But a lot of investors aren't squeamish. They are interested in high potential returns. And it is those who invest in securities like LGND and LGNDW.

I sense a certain disappointment with todays results. Although I would have liked to see more of a movement, I liked what I saw. Volume was decent on a generally slow day and the price did inch up a fraction for both the underlying and the warrants. Of course I would like to see a half on the underlying tomorrow, but I can wait a little while. Now if I could have an average of 1/8 per week for the next 6 months or so, I would be quite content :-)

What everyone needs to focus on is the technology behind all of this. And as far as I can tell, it is solid and there are quite a few related compounds coming up. I just want to see the NDA for the Panretin gel get turned in. I believe management has stated that it is on schedule for Q1 which should be within the next month and a half.
