Ok, yep, I know the premise of it. A lot of times you were talking about the 886 lurking and I thought it was a vertical price target. On what you just posted, it looks like 886s are time parameters.
So "normal" fibs like 38, 50, 618are vertical price but 886 and 618s are the time distances usually?
What I meant about all the fibs on your charts is often you have a bunch of vertical fib scales overlapping each other. Those were where I kept trying to figure out which 886 you were talking about.
I kind of get the basic crab, bat, type stuff. It's when you start talking about just fibs that aren't what I would call the normal ones like 38, 50, 618. Those are the ones I tend to use for gauging pullbacks. I see a lot of talk on other threads about 1.13s too. Probably when the next buy and hold environment comes along where I don't need to babysit positions and actively day trade so much, I can just sit and watch/learn as patterns play out seeing how it all goes together.
I just talked to the utility company while getting my check about the broadband. They said they won't have the fiber out this way until next spring. Unfortunately it also sounds like they are stringing it on the power poles instead of burying it. I guess I'll have to deal with wind/ice storms etc. Dumb move on their part but faster and cheaper I guess. I've watched them string power lines and it's amazing how fast they can get it done.
