Another nuisance law suit out of the way... (when can we get rid of V*nni's? :)

Maybe helped it up another few percent today? Gotta like that 3.70 price....hope it holds through the next quarter's results. Awfully quiet in these thar treads lately.... can't understand why, when the stock is actually going UP for a change.

Software companies can stuff small and wafer-thin CD-ROMs in large boxes
and not breach consumer protection laws governing deceptive packaging, a
California Justice has ruled in a landmark judgement.

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Ernest Goldsmith handed down the
ruling recently, throwing out a string of civil lawsuits against major North
American software giants, including Ottawa's Corel Corp. and Symantec Inc.
