This is a 1-minute chart. And yes, 9 down means sell for this particular timeframe and assuming other conditions are met. But as I mentioned before, I routinely use 1 minute bars even if I intend to hold for days. My timeframe is not a minute by minute one. I just want to know the details because I know how to filter out the noise. Here's a 15 min chart. No red 9s today.
