Arnie, Higher High, Higher Lows (HHHL)??? What time period are you using? Looking at the SI "chart" function (top of message list) I pulled up a 100 day daily chart .... January 98 had HHHL, but since the beginning of February, I see flat-to-lower highs and lower lows. Why don't we see the same thing (some call it "art")?

Okay, I guess I need to pick up a book or two on TA.
