| | | There was one occasion when Tulsi seriously rubbed me the wrong way. Once, Pres. Trump said something with regard to the U.S. military - I can’t recall what it was about. Anyway, she was on national TV, objecting - saying that “We [meaning, the military] are not your whores, and you are not our pimp”.
Sounded strange, out of line and obnoxious. I was unpleasantly surprised. How can an officer talk this way to a president? Remember wondering if she would talk like this to Obama.
Overall, no - not presidential material, even though we’ve seen worse. But - politically, at least in recent years, she’s on the Right side. She has a nice calming manner, and nice to look at.
I think she’s gradually becoming a media personality. Which is good - we could use plenty more non-wokes. |
