Mike -

I agree with your highest bid and lowest ask description, but PALM was on the offer (lowest ask) the MAJORITY of the day. This doesn't mean that some brokers are taking profits, and the firm is still bullish. It's a free world, so let the sellers sell, and hopefully the stock moves higher. I've had bad experiences in the past with firms (Market Makers), and the client always loses. If they're shaking the trees, they're preying on the wrong people, the individual investor. Typically the institutions won't panic, but will wait for the dust to clear to buy again. I still have a hard time believing the short position is as high as people think. Buy fundamentals, and sell when news or fundamentals (10Q's/10K's) change direction. This seems to be a fundamentally sound company. Then again, what the hell does an ENGINEER know. I've been wrong numerous times before. Any comments??
