Interesting timing on that proposed Polish legislation. Anticipating a response for the Nord-Stream sabotage? I've seen analyses of Russian nukes set off underwater - flooding huge areas. All of this seems paranoid - driven by projection. What's your worst fear? Well - maybe it's what you might imagine to be the worst thing you could possibly do. Then project it on the other guy. Those DTRA sponsored biolabs were crazy. They must know about all kinds of crazy that could be done. Good thing Trudeau is getting ready with his handgun sale ban. <sarc> Mad Max.
