Howdy all,

I just wanted to update those that are following GRNO that I spoke with several folks I know with NASDAQ level 2 access, and got their analysis on why the stock hasn't been trading for the past two days.

They believe that it is because all of the available shares have been taken. The mmkrs often drop the bid hoping to scare out the less stolid among the shareholders. What this also means is that they are EXTREMELY unlikely to fill limit orders that are under the ask. My opinion is to go for ask at moderate quantities and you may get filled. Go for large buys and you'll pop the price and it will become a game of who pays the highest price.

I spoke with company representatives, and they commented that they have no interest in seeing the price "gap" up as it has in the past. They would prefer that it rise in a responsible manner. If you all dive in trying to gap the price up, it will happen, and then will likely come back down as many of you take profit. I would suggest to you that those that have been sitting on the fence have seen the lowest side of the GRNO. It is my opinion that we have bottomed and that buy orders at the ask price should be filled. This will cause
the mmkrs to raise the bid in order to shake out profit takers. It is a natural and healthy thing to have occurr. I personally would like to see higher highs and lower lows in a nice steady upturn.

BTW, I know that I have been hawking the idea that several mmkrs have been short the stock. My sources have now told be that they believe that the shorts out there have basically covered most of their short positions and it is now a matter of trying to find sellers out there that will help them replenish their stock inventory. Remember, whenever a mmkr sells you stock that he doesn't have in inventory, it is essentially a short position that he has to fill later by buying stock from one of us shareholders at either a lower or higher price.
Regards,

Ron
