Chinese stocks now appear like they are going to be relegated to being uninvestable to any fund managers outside of China, which I think means there is a big sale and drawdown, but that money gets allocated elsewhere to more stable markets primarily the US and European markets and might help set up a rally in beaten down value stocks in the US.
