Looking at last quarter earnings (not those due out any day) wouldn't you expect the earnings to be similar this quarter. Fourth quarter 97 utilization of rigs should have been high since oil prices didn't go down significantly during this period. If the earnings are similar wouldn't that significantly boost the last 12 months of earnings and thus put current price at a P/E under 10.
