Translation: you are making shit up. Your claim that we are paying sky high rates now as the reason for the strong dollar. The fact that it is strong because the economy is doing well seems to have escaped you. In fact,. that seems to have pissed you off. You seem to be praying for an economic collapse and are angry that it isn't happening. So you have to make shit up.
