Looks good. That CPU seems to be in a sweet spot of value/performance. GPU pricing is finally getting reasonable again. Are you thinking NVME or SATA3 SSD for the main OS drive? I'd vote NVME. You might have spare money for a larger internal HDD for archival and media storage... or even a large external USB drive if that is more convenient for the user.

Am guessing a budget friendly motherboard? Mini-ATX or mid-sized ATX case?
