To all: Altera is expected to post earnings after the close today. I expect them to be lower than 0.45 while the mean est. is 0.51. Since Altera did not fore-warn investors about earnings, there is speculation that the company may meet or beat the estimates. May be it is the case. But I am not buying this argument. Is it possible that they are keeping mum because of proposition 211 in CA? Just a thought! Good luck to bulls and bears! -Mohan
