It was the party line under Obama, too. The economy was terrible, horrible, disastrous, not so good until Trump took office. That very same day, starting at noon, things turned around instantly and started booming. Now you cannot see any evidence of that when you look at data of economic indicators, the graphs are a seamless continuation of what was happening under Obama. But that was what we were told. It is the same now. By all measures, the economy is doing well, except for inflation. But that peaked in June and has slowly been declining ever since. Unemployment is at the lowest point in decades, having peaked in April 2020 and also declining ever since. Noodles claims to be some sort of economics whiz, but he doesn't seem to actually know much about it.
