Knowing SPNSF's past movements and volatility I will not be surprised to see SPNSF at $5 or even $4 7/8 in the very short term (but this is a big IF). However should this happen, I for one, will be buying very aggressively. Again I do not think this will happen but if it does happen (by most likely some big international player trying indirectly to manipulate the stock) I do strongly suggest to take advantage of the situation. There is no reason to think of anything about Sapiens but strong fundamentals.

One of my ex colleagues at Sapiens told me that the speculation is that the current decline may have something to do with the law suit settlement and how the judge is going to base the share price of the SPNSF shares he is going to distribute among plaintifs in the case (i.e. the lower the price by the time he does his ruling the lower the price of distributed shares are going to be). And it could be that some big players who also are controlling a good chunk of the shares currently are also the plaintifs in the law suit. The lower the base cost the better for them as they will be getting a bunch of additional shares at low prices. I know back in 93-94 a lot of international players played a lot of games with this stock and therefore I tend to look at this friend's view in a manner more than just a wild speculation!
