Lisa, "You are saying 28.7 because it is the high on the data you provided, is this correct?" YES "but this is incomplete for me.... lower high in the indicator...as of when...what dates are included... ???? and why" AND what if there is no higher high in the index.... Then you could say the trend has ended....and we're back into a trading range???? Thats kinda why i'm posting here...to figure this damn thing out!!!!
