<off topic: CUBE>

JD, my first weigh-in on CUBE follows. Simple TA for now. Maybe you and Brew can chime-in on the fundamentals...

CUBE's TA: Well........... it looks bad, I mean B - A - D bad.

How BAD?: JD, get yourself a 3 yr. chart on CUBE. It ain't pretty. Long slide from 70+ (early '96) to 15+ (late '97)... with a couple of descending recoveries (50 & 35) which have left plenty of dead bodies -i.e. resistance going back up- in it's wake.
<imho> This resistance going back up will be -long term- and substantial.

CUBE near term is a different story tho with recent bounce off 16 and "higher lows" to present level. Might hit 25 soon... then roll-up your sleeves, we got many unforgiving owners 25 thru 30 itching to unload.

If it makes it, the BIG TEST happens at 35. A sustained breakout there could spell long term up-leg for CUBE. This <imho> won't happen without some extremely positive fundamental news from the CO.

OK. That's my "TA take" on CUBE... which I disclaim with the vehemence of a cornered White House staffer!!!

Now then, about those fundamentals -please- Mr JD...
