Do you realize what you have just said? That a push for living wages is inflationary.

We have slave wages now. You think they should go lower?

That is soo wrong. The Republicans would love that.

What about the corporations raising prices using inflation as a shield. My fish and chips place went for 8$ to 10$ just like that. That is a 20% rise overnight.

And what are you talking about higher wages when our income inequality is at an 80 year high.

Fair wages don't cause inflation. Corporate greed and hegemony and Republican borrowing money to have for tax cuts for the rich is what has piled on huge debt that cause inflation!

The GB debacle of Liz Truss doing that should be a teachable moment.

Wages were much much higher in the 50's and the middle class was much stronger and there was no inflation.

Nordic counties have among the highest wages in the world and they did not cause inflation!

"During the observation period from 1960 to 2021, the average inflation rate was 4.3% per year."

A huge factor in inflation has been housing, and the Dems constant push for living wages is a big part of the house price spiral. That and the FED being asleep for a nearly 2 decades.
