You don't get it, inflation is half world wide and half corporate gouging e.g. gas prices. The oil companies profits have tripled to 9 billion in third quarter. How come you cannot see that the rich are much more capable of increasing their wealth than the poor, AND using monopoly type tactics can push prices higher, and THAT IS fucking inflationary :>)!! And you begrudge the small raise for the poor old folks of 8.7% which just keeps them even with inflation. You need to think this through. And it could help us keep the GOP from winning in 2024 and taking our democracy from us-lol! < That will stimulate the economy. You really don't get it. We don't need to "stimulate the economy" currently.
