RF continues to be a conundrum. Their largest competitors have transitioned to 150mm and Wolfspeed is staying at 100mm for several more years. In addition Coherent is the sole source of vanadium doped substrates which have much higher resistivities and thus lower loses. So getting hit on both price and performance. Wolfspeed needs to start addressing in the investor day meeting what niche they can hang out in until they can figure these things out.
