Yep this is what I agree with. But cigar butts are definitely less common now days. But there are still a lot of inefficiencies in smaller companies. Some things Buffett doesn't invest in (or haven't seen) is spin-offs, but spin-offs on average gain 19% CAGR over 10 years.
