According to the article: the co. has designed components for digital cordless phones at 1.8 gig - and a GSM ( global system for mobile communi- cation) phones at 900 gig. With SiGe chips cost advantages (1/10 the price) over Gallium Arsenide and the ability to work at higher frequencies -these folks are "onto something". Best, Don
