They dont die in a normal year at that rate because they get treated unlike what happened with Covid. Also Scummo the NY Governor stuffed Covid patients back into nursing homes that were unprepared . As did NJ gov, CT gov and PA governor. Thick as thieves. All the while the USS Comfort that The Donald had arranged was sitting in the NY harbor essentially unused.
