MAC i continue to be underwater on my remaining position not including dividends. I will listen to the conference call and hear what they have to say. I thought by now they would be doubling the dividend to $1.20

I am anxious to hear what management of stwd and ritm say on their management calls. META - seems kind of broken to me. you have to trust that the all knowing Zuckerburg will right the ship but who knows? AMZN I could see owning at some point but I dunno what a good entry is. does one pay 25 times earning for the part that makes money and hope the rest of it will eventually? or do we just avail ourselves of the more obvious values. my gut tells me that the media companies are the best values on the board.they have the content and they just have to execute.
