DCI intends to repurchase shares on the open market and in privately negotiated transactions at prevailing market prices. Timing of the repurchases will depend on market conditions, the market price of DCI's common stock and management's assessment of DCI's liquidity and cash flow needs. On January 8, 1998, the price of DCI's common stock was $2.09 per share. Well, let's get on with it. I feel like I am singlehandedly trying to prop this up... best returns
