Bank of Canada mentioned yesterday that Wednesday rate increase was either the last or the second last one. Wednesday's increase was supposed to be 75 basic points but it was reviewed to 50 basic points. Gov of Canada is expecting a recession and they are starting to get ''involved'' in the decisions of the central bank... things are slowly turning!
