A while back, an FBI contractor/ whistleblower pointed out that the Feds argued before a court and won the ability to search through computers connected to the Internet without a warrant.

Armed with that, all their spy tools, and the declaration line of the 1040 - "do you own any crypto?" - plus the databases that they already keep based on your Social Security number... It's been clear to me for a while that crypto is not going to be the wave of the future. It'll just be a way to make the Feds more paranoid.

There's this mindset of projection by the corrupt and powerful. They don't want anyone else to get away with doing what they are already doing.

Shaun Bridges was a Secret Service employee who figured out how to steal crypto. He's doing some jail time now. They'd like to keep that quiet, but it's in court filings.

McAfee didn't kill himself.
