It is important to note that in spite of a strong upward move in the market over that past two weeks, we are still in a downtrend longer term. Until we break that trend, I am expecting the market to reverse and head lower once again.

In the event I am wrong, I will continue to add to our positions but I'm doing so in much smaller lots. By adding anywhere from 2-5 shares per position, it's the equivalent of a dollar cost average strategy and that type of strategy has proven to be successful over time.

I could change my mind following the upcoming Fed meeting, but for now I'm sticking with what I have been doing all along.
