If they get both houses I am sure he will change it, so he can get his racist and venal programs through. If the GOP has both houses they can really lay waste to our society e.g. cutting social security and Medicare. Biden can veto, but there will need to be some horse trading which will weaken Biden's hand If we can hang on to the senate we will have much more bargaining power. Of course if it is 50/50 Manchin and Sinema can blackmail us againt! Uggg! <We'll see if McConnell changes the 60-vote filibuster rule. If he doesn't, then most of the garbage that a Republican House will pass won't get through the Senate.
