How much I would invest is a function of how strongly I believe "should have tail winds" and how strongly I believe the ceo "that the company assets were worth 4 times what mr. market was valuing it".

Weighing on the decision too is an opinion on what else is available at attractive prices, instead of this.

I have one similar to your company. It's SBGI, which I've mentioned before. Company believes sum of its assets worth maybe 3 times current market value and dividend yield is over 5%, When questioned, ceo says he doesn't understand why co. is so undervalued, and he/his team have been discussing what further actions (besides buybacks) they might undertake to bring stock price up to value.

I'm a stock buyer for more shares if stock declines further. I expect I'll never see the stock so low or my confidence in the company so high that I would have more than .5-.6% of my portfolio in this stock. I'm under .2% now.
