Any chance of paraphrasing? I'm so far behind it isn't funny. Trying to redo my taxes because all my K-1s had K-3s that didn't come out until this summer.
As far as I can tell, they are meaningless but make your head hurt trying to decipher everything. I'm never buying another partnership!!! PS- BOIL and that stuff send K-1s with just zeros all the way down, at least if you're just flipping them and not holding long term. How much wasted man-hours are wasted on this?
