(10/9/96) GRUPO BRADÕS UPDATE ON DCTC/FTEL/FNET Hi Again Everyone, I just finished phone calls with three various sources including DCTC. From DCTC: They are in the final processing of their deal with Mueller Media, Inc. and will be making an announcement when completed. The process has been continuing smoothly and is expected to be completed within a matter of days. I believe that a conservative estimate would have the Press Release coming out on Tuesday. But it could come as early as Friday. The completion of the Muller Media deal then sets another process in motion. This agreement will allow DCI to submit its application for Small Cap NASDAQ. Building on the success DCI has enjoyed this year, this will allow them to meet another one of its goals for this year. From another two sources: Many people have either phoned or E-Mailed me concerning DCTC's & FTEL's relationship in regards to FNET. Rumors seem to creep up every so often concerning the possibility of someone jumping in ahead of DCTC. These rumors IMO, after talking to these sources, are completely unfounded. In fact, Joe Murphy has been asked by FTEL to sit on the Board of Directors of FNET. I believe this illustrates the faith that Frank Peters has in Joe Murphy and the ongoing relationship between DCI & Franklin. Hope this helps and I also hope that we all continue to support both companies. Lastly, there are ongoing negotiations going on concerning all phases of the eventual IPO and I cannot stress enough the importance of Patience.
