Progressives - meh. I like Alex Christoforou's term Retrogrades™. I'll give him a trademark for that one. Message 33769168 Mark Levin makes a good point also that "Liberal" these days is not the same as a classical liberal. Letting populism go to extremes isn't good if what's popular isn't good. I think President Jackson started running into that. I guess it all starts with education - getting to know how we got here and why such a massive reform as the Constitution was needed. They don't even teach the Constitution in most schools. I saw a government website where they were trying to explain that the Constitution is now the entire body of laws that sprung from it, which no one could ever read or teach. Nice try.
