I don't see anything meaningful in the Q3 report that makes anything other than Chinese regulatory approval the one issue now for SIMO. Their results seem OK, flattish sales Q3 and expected for Q4. They'll do $1 billion in 2022 despite the consumer weakness in PCs and cell phones, obviously gaining share. None of that is more important than the deal going through, which remains the big unknown. And so, we wait....
