Thanks!!

I knew it was in my proxy pamphlet, but I threw it way in disgust after I mailed in my NO vote.
If not voting = voting No on the proxy, this deal may not pass.
I continue to think this is a part of "a vast right wing conspiracy"
Think about it. At SALV's current price you could buy controlling
interest in the company for about $4.5 million. All you need to do
is get enough shareholders to sell. What better way than the threat of a reverse split.
Normally SDS would be releasing quarterly report about now, yet
the latest reports say the end of March.
According to Paul Slowey, SDS had its best quarter yet last year.
They're starting HIV trials in Canada.
Manufacturing and packaging issues have reportedly been resolved.
SDS's products are approved and reportedly selling in the UK, India
and other places to numerous to mention.
VectorVest estimates 4th quarter earnings at $.02/ share(earnings, not losses!!!)
If you believe even half of the press releases and phone calls with
SDS is on the threshold of profitability yet the share price is at all time lows.
Lastly, in spite of all the bad news, reverse splits and new stock issues, someone is still buying this stuff Why???
And on the next episode of Fantasy Island....
