As you say, the contribution from the Embedded segment is now pretty remarkable with the strength of the Xilinx business.

Xilinx accounted for 100% of the YoY growth, and that YoY growth was not this:

Revenue of $5.6 billion increased 29% year-over-year driven by growth across the Data Center,
Gaming and Embedded segments.

The above is flat out nonsense. Here is the honest way to have reported:

Oops, edit I had an error!

3Q21: AMD 4.3B, Xilinx 0.936B total 5.24B

3Q22: 5.6B and embedded 1.3B, so "organic AMD" was 4.3B!

So, the organic side of AMD was exactly flat, ZERO growth YoY. And the actual biz growth would be correctly computed as 5.6B/5.24B = 6.9% not anything remotely close to 29%, and all of that came from Xilinx, their other side had loses and gains, but they cancelled out.
