I have never looked at manufactured home community REITs before.

Brad Thomas posted and article highlighting three of them. Interesting

ELS has a Very Safe dividend rating, an 11% 5 year DGR.

SUI also has a Very Safe rated dividend, with a DGR that is about half of ELS's.
