You may have legitimate reasons for believing that Zonagen is a scam but the tide is against you now. The key is timing. You were right on the money shorting when Zonagen was in the 30's and higher but now you must face that confidence, which a good Texan friend refers to as Oomph, is building.
Read around you. Sure, shorters may post messages on Yahoo, Motley Fools, and SI but what do you think they are actually doing? I will bet they are taking profits. I suspect you may be covering as well although you write "I will be shorting more." Bill, fundamentals don't drive the biotech sector. Sense and momentum do.
In response to your question, then, good news for a fellow Texan company (TXB) will flow onto other Texas Biotechs. Texas is a rather particular state, having spent a considerable time there... people stick together. Have you noticed that Texas Biotechs hold conferences just for their own behalf? This is not the first time. If you will recall, a few months ago, Texas held a similar conference featuring ONLY Texas Biotech companies. In conclusion, TXB's good news only lifts Zonagen's status as a legitimate company and as a potential jackpot! |
