I've actually looked at the neop patents, and I do not believe they are of any particular concern, if I missed one, please let me know its serial no. and I will look again. My prior conclusion was that neop is in trouble, not immu. Viv-a-vis Malinkrodt news, I am of the opinion that this news is a pre cursor to the announcement of a new partner - still probably Lilly or, I have heard lately, another large european entity, odd name, not Glaxo or Hoffman, one of the less well known but nevertheless large entities whose name escapes me because I probably didn't believe it when I heard it.
