Rob, you asked: "What time period are you using?"

Here's what I said in my original post: "Since the early December lows, we've consistently had higher highs and higher lows." That's December, 1997. To be specific, on 12/15/97, NXTL hit a low of 21 3/4, its lowest point since 32. On 12/17/97 it hit a high of 25 5/8, on 1/5/98 a high of 27 1/4, on 1/9/98 a low of 22 1/8, on 1/27/98 a low of 25, on 1/30/98 a high of 30 11/16, on 2/4/98 a low of 25 7/8. Could there be a clearer pattern than this? No magic, no subjective evaluation, just higher highs, higher lows. I don't use on line charts to view this type of stuff but I'm sure that you can see the same thing as I can. I suggest that you go back and reread my original post carefully. Go back and look at the 1993 activity that I mentioned. Pull up the chart, print it out and contemplate your navel while your look at it. In other words, don't just glance at it, throw up your arms and say, "Oh, well, I guess it takes some subjective imagination to see what Arnie sees." It doesn't. And it isn't art.
However, it is instructive to careful students.

Arnie
