I could see lights out kind of crash for US stocks in which they never recover to the prior peak.
By never I mean a 30 year horizon. Like Japan or Malaysia stock markets which peaked in 1989 and 1996.
Based solely on Buffett indicator. US economic growth has been slower than stock market growth for decades, and deglobalization/ definancialization has started. I take it as unlikely, US will choose Zimbabwe version of economic collapse, in which case stocks will retain some value in real terms and currency will devalue more. Double digit inflation this decade will solve high valuations issue.
