i think providing food, shelter, and appropriate care (mental or addictive) is humanitarian, and, since I'm no longer paying income tax, I'd be willing to see my property or sales tax go up to help pay for it. As far as I can tell, your idea of humanitarian is to set up a tent city in the middle of nowhere.
