TJ, Chinese firms are building also in Israel including the Tel Aviv subway - how much their involvement is and who pays the bills I do not know - but it may be that their Israeli projects will be with positive cash-flow as Tel Aviv Streets are narrow - we do not even have a 4 or 6 lane roads within the city most are to narrow even for 2 lane traffic and on my street there is nowhere to park after 5PM
