Good Evening Sonny, I became aware of insider selling recently concerning Intc but I think the problem with the selling has more to do with the negative comments from Merrill Lynch than anything else. Yes I was not thrilled with Computer Associates stock sliding almost 8 points today. They may have to get shareholder approval before taking on the company of this magnitude. I certainly cannot be too impressed with seeing the stock of CA drop almost 15% today. Unless I see CA resume its old high, I am not clear at what my vote will be.
