There are four of us organizing a class action lawsuit against Tridon-Maingate-against Paul Ebeling and Steve Antebi. If you feel you have been de-frauded out of your money and want to take action please e-mail me. We have another investor who was forced to sell posting on Silicon Valley Investor and another will be taking charge of the Internet. Bill Novodor is no longer at the company and the press releases promised and all the other potential news releases are not coming. We have compiled a file and we have notified the NASD and the SEC too. Each of you should send in your own complaint. They are familiar with this case as many have already taken this step. We believe Jack Savage should be served also for his part in this. He has promoted this company and as someone close to the situation must have known the facts. We are 50 strong and gaining in numbers, We have uncovered numerous acts of fraud. The SEC will first do their investigation and then we will be filing but we must get started now.If we do not know your i.d we will not give out information until we can check it out because Paul Ebeling has taken on many different identities here on AOL to further his acts of fraud.We will prove this in a court of law.
