This is the 8hr NQ. You've got the green 9 and have made a base. Barring a gap down, on Monday the downtrend will be broken. So then the question is how long can you stay above the downtrend. Normally I'd say one or two days. But with the elections, maybe it will take 3 days. After that, you have to question what the heck is going on.
