Looking for something to agree with that you wrote, I agree that human breeds are like dog breeds = there's a general personality type, physical design, and genetically determined characteristics.
But unlike dog breeding humans are not such purebred as can be achieved with dogs.
In fact I have had my DNA tested as did our son so we got some knowledge about where our maternal and paternal lineages came from. It's widespread including plenty of maternal line DNA which is much more widespread.
Male lineages are much more geographically confined than are female and male lineages are much more recently derived.
The difference between male and female is because historically and everywhere men formed tribal geographical genocidal gangs that obliterated male enemies and took females and territory as prizes.
Cooperative tribes got bigger and better over 10,000 years with them now numbering in the millions, tens of millions and even hundreds of millions. China and India are each over a billion. Euroserfs, Yanks and the coalition of the willing top a billion too.
The conflicts have become less totally genocidal and more ideological over one or two thousand years, though it varies with Hutu obliteration of Tutsi being outright genocide and Germans and others went big on mass murder to obliterate Jews.
Humans are a work in progress with a very large breeding population and a hugely broad normal distribution curve.
Russians are not a narrow little group. Even in my own family of cousins, uncles, aunts, descendants, theres there's wide variation though some family characteristics can be observed. Any family I know is like that.

But Heck, even just in my own life my ideas and ideology have changed dramatically even while my DNA did not.
Humans have great big brains with very adaptive ability to learn any language, way of life and carry it on. DNA is not destiny though you are right that it is a dominant determinant. We can't live on grass for example, or even all vegetables. White people can't live in bright sunshine. Black people run low on vitamin D without it.
One of the characteristics of humans is that they have emotional reactions to things, then dress those up with verbiage and reasoning so that their executive brain function is more or less consistent with their subconscious.
Sometimes reality doesn't match their internal map of reality and their expectations of what will happen. They then get cognitive dissonance technically named "brain spazz".
Those of us with amazing cognitive power rarely get brain spazz because we don't think = "Oooga booga. Russians!! Over there!!! Bad man danger. Quick...must fight them. They want to take over everywhere and rape babies."
You can't help it. Stockholm Syndrome, GroupThink, tribal allegiance are real things. It's few of us who are immune to that. Our dog breed is more like cat = don't travel in packs, don't herd very well either. Most humans are more like dogs and sheep in their pack or herd mentality.
But I live in hope that some might see the light. While hoping, I accept that you dog packs will herd the Jews into gas chambers, go ooga booga on Russians, hack the Hutus, shoot the Srebenicans, head hack the infidels, and go MAD with hydrogen bombs.
So yes, you, Greenspirit and OogaBooga people are right that there's a permanent Russian DNA based stereotype, more or less, sort of, near enough for government work. But not really.
The greater danger is the American stereotype which has done bulk killing around the world, normally using local proxies.
