Chien Li, I think you made a math error in your calc. If I'm following you right. Annual EBITDA is $42.3 mil. Multiply $42.3 x .69 to convert to $U.S. and get $29.2 not $22.9. That increases your valuation by a further 28%. 5 times EBDITDA gives you a value of $3 a share for MDC alone. Looks good for ECGOF. We'll see how it plays out tomorrow. Good Luck! Mark P.S. Funny how DBCO management picked today to release these figures. They're obviously trying to put the screws to ECGOF.
