ATVI; acquisition arbitrage. No dire news to my knowledge of MSFT backing out of the deal. With a buyout price that’s supposed to be $95 a share and the stock currently trading at $71, that offers a return of nearly 34%. Adding to my position today as the market anticipates this topic being brought up in the earnings discussion.
